Hollywood Bowl Group has completed a £200k investment into its Norwich venue.
The 26-lane centre now has HyperBowl available on all 26 of its lanes, becoming the first Hollywood Bowl in the country to offer this.
HyperBowl turns the lanes into a videogame with progressive levels which have moving coloured targets and score multipliers to make the wins even bigger.
HyperBowl play time is dependent on how many players are on the lane and how many levels they choose to play, with options being three, six, and nine levels.
Steve Burns, CEO of Hemel Hempstead-based Hollywood Bowl Group, said: “Our Norwich centre has been improved thanks to the addition of HyperBowl, an exciting and interactive new way to play bowling, added to enhance the customer experience, and we’re extremely happy with the excellent feedback we’ve received from visitors so far.
“Our HyperBowl game turns lanes into an interactive videogame, and encourages players to break away from what they know about the game, as Norwich becomes a great example of a new generation Hollywood Bowl.”
The centre also has American-style food and drinks available, with the likes of gourmet burgers, hotdogs, milkshakes and house cocktails.
